Monthly fees for online systems

Online units show their clockings on the free mid tier of Tagtough Online. The full tier adds the live control room and eOB, automated reports and alerts, and GuardSense clockings. It costs a server fee. Compare the two tiers.

Every Suga Blu comes with its first month of SIM management and server fee included. After that it needs both. The Remote Uploader needs the server fee for automated reports and alerts.

You pay a deposit when you install the units yourself, and an installation fee instead of a deposit when we install them. Rentals have no fixed term and include free swap-outs. Check if rentals are available in your area.

Repairs are done at the Magtouch Electronics service centre in Benoni, with a 24 hour turnaround. Before sending a unit in, see repairs and warranty.

Servicing special: 50 % off before the holidays

Send in a baton that still works and the service costs R304.35 instead of R608.70, until our December shut-down. Your guards have no downtime over the holidays.

a new battery if the old one is below 50 %
new cables in place of old ones
a software upgrade to the faster version A005
resealing the baton
