Patrols and shifts
Patrol management with shifts that watch themselves. Tell the system what patrolling you expect, and it tells you the moment that does not happen.
Four ways to clock a point
Guards prove they were there with a baton, a QR sticker, an NFC tag, or by standing at the spot with GPS. Every clocking is time-stamped and credited to the guard who made it.
Set the shift once
For each site you set when patrols happen, how often, and how long a round should take. From then on the system compares every round against it.
What it catches
- A missed patrol: nobody started the round.
- A late patrol: the round started after it should have.
- Missed points: the round was done but places were skipped.
- A rushed patrol: the guard got round faster than is possible on foot.
Each of these is written to the site's occurrence book and can raise an alert straight away, not in the morning. Alerts and the occurrence book are part of the full tier of Tagtough Online (compare the tiers).
On site as well
Units at the site can sound when a patrol is due, so the guard is reminded before it becomes a missed patrol.
