The problem

A control room runs on a paper occurrence book and a wall of separate systems. When a client asks what was done about the alarm at 02:14, the answer depends on what somebody remembered to write down.

One live screen

Tagtough Online gives the control room a live electronic occurrence book, the eOB. A door left open, a suspicious car reported by a guard, a late patrol, a panic button: each arrives as it happens, with sound.

The operator acknowledges each entry with a note. That note, the time and the operator's name become part of the record.

What the operator sees

• The live eOB: alarms, patrol events and incidents in time order.
• A dashboard of every site, with the ones needing attention first.
• Unit health: which batons, trackers and gate units have gone quiet or are running flat.
• A live checklist board.
• Controls: open a gate or send a unit a command without leaving the screen.

Built for more than one client

Each client, supervisor and operator sees only their own sites. A dedicated Control Room role gives operators what they need and nothing more, and every change is in the audit trail.

It runs on a wall screen, a laptop or a supervisor's phone, in a web browser. There is nothing to install.
