Beago phone tracking

A tracker that is already in your pocket

Beago runs on the guard's, supervisor's or driver's Android phone and sends its position to Tagtough Online. The control room sees every phone on the live map, with the sites and the guards, and every position goes into the same reports as your patrols.

Put one in a vehicle, give one to a supervisor on the road, or let a guard carry one on a site with no fixed points.

What it does

• Live tracking. Sends the phone's position every 1 to 60 minutes, and can send only after the phone has moved, to save battery and data.
• No gaps when the signal drops. Positions wait on the phone and are sent as soon as there is a connection.
• On and off duty. The same duty status as GuardSense. Beago can be set to send positions only while the guard is on duty.
• Panic. Hold the button, and the control room's occurrence book shows a red entry with the phone's last position.
• Movement log. Records the minutes the phone was moving, so the movement reports show when a guard or vehicle was out and for how long.
• One phone, more than one employer. A guard who works for two companies uses one phone, with a duty button for each.
• Accurate positions only. Positions the phone is unsure of are left out, so the map shows where the phone really was.
• Set from the office. Every setting can be changed from the control room, without touching the phone.

Set up in a minute

Install Beago from Google Play. We give you a setup code for each phone: scan its QR code with the phone's camera, or type it in, and the phone starts sending. A phone can be stopped from the server at any time.
